Description
English: Flooding of the shores of the Richelieu River on May 23rd 2011. One can see water level reaching the Gouin bridge, which was closed to traffic. The photo is taken on the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu side looking at Iberville.
Français : Inondation des rives de la rivière Richelieu à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu le 23 mai lors des Inondations du bassin du lac Champlain et de la rivière Richelieu de 2011. On peut voir en arrière-plan le pont Gouin entre St-Jean-sur-Richelieu et Iberbville qui était fermé à cause du niveau élevé de l'eau.
