Description
English: Time-lapse microscopy of a single lineage. Single, naïve, rewired cells plated on Glu-his agar medium were imaged every one hour. Video shows typical dynamics of an adapting lineage grown in this way, depicting continuous progression of adaptation growth of a single lineage. Note that adaptive growth starts at multiple foci within the cell lineage.
