Muller (noot 2). 05.42 Intrede van de commissaris in de raadszaal van het provinciehuis te Utrecht. 05.48 Muller sprekend ; geluid synchroon met beeld. 06.04 Onder het publiek bevindt zich o.a. midden 2e rij S.L.A. Plekker 06.07 en Van Vessem (noot 3). 06.09 Rechts Jhr. mr. E.J.B.M. von Bonninghausen (noot 4). 06.41 Mr. A.J. Zondervan (noot 5). 07.14 Ir. C.J. Huygen (noot 6). 07.29 Na een applaus neemt Muller de felicitaties in ontvangst van de leden van de staten. 07.49 Gesprek van mevr. Muller met Ir. C.J. Huygen. 07.55 Felicitatie van Jhr.
