Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Video-microscope analysis of siRNA-aPKCλ injected embryos expressing tubulin-GFP and ezrin-mCherry. Two-cell stage embryos were microinjected with siRNA-aPKCλ mixed with mRNA (tubulin-GFP mRNA and ezrin-mCherry mRNA) in both blastomeres and visualized under a spinning-disk videomicroscope during the 8- to 16-cell stage transition. Acquisitions were performed every 30 minutes.
