Description
English: Time lapse images showing neutrophils which have phagocytozed S. aureus MW2 containing the PSMα promoter-GFP construct, PSMα expression (green) was monitored over time. The video starts 15 min after phagocytosis and the images were taken by every 5 minutes. Note, the upper right corner shows a growing S. aureus reporter micro-colony which shows no PSM-α expression.
