English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
Focus on the conservation of food in cold stores. SHOTS: - Ext. and int. of several cold stores (a.o. ext. "Blaufries"(?) in a harbour (Amsterdam?) and int. "Ysvries" in IJmuiden); - several shots of employees in the different cold stores, working on a.o. fish, butter, eggs, condensed milk in a tin, fruit and pork; - ext. of the enormous refrigeration installations in the engine rooms of the cold stores; - a grocer and a greengrocer help customers in their stores; - high shot: people walking across a market in a city.
Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.
Aandacht wordt besteed aan de conservering van voedsel in koelhuizen. SHOTS: - Ext. en int. van div. koelhuizen (oa ext. "Blaufries"(?) in een haven (Amsterdam?) en int. "Ysvries" in IJmuiden; - div. shots van medewerkers in de div. koelhuizen, bezig met oa vis, boter, eieren, gecondenseerde melk in blik, fruit en varkensvlees; - ext. van de enorme koelinstallaties in de machinekamers van de koelhuizen; - een kruidenier en een groenteman helpen in hun winkels een klant; - hoog shot: mensen lopen over een markt in een stad. |
