Description
English: Monocyte cell egress through microhemorrhages. TPLSM movie of the area by which monocytes exit the vasculature of a MacBlue×CX3CR1gfp/+ mouse. CFP+ monocytes are in cyan, and the bone and collagen matrix, which are visualized by second harmonic generation, are in blue. 2 MDa rhodamine-dextran (red) is injected before imaging session to identify vasculature leakage (pale red).
