Description
English: Trajectory of a persistent walker. All movies are displayed at 10 Hz. Samples were taken slightly out of focus to facilitate image processing. Recorded at 7 frames per second and at 20x magnification, background subtraction was done using Image Pro Plus. The track corresponds to the center of mass of the cell.
