Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.; Zwemles voor soldaten in een overdekt zwembad. SHOTS: - groep marcherende militairen op straat met handdoeken onder de arm; - aankomst militairen bij zwembad; - militairen in badpak oefenen ahv van aanwijzingen zweminstructeur bewegingen armslag en beenslag op de kant; - militairen gaan met zwembanden en "kurkjes" via trap te water, waarna zij de oefeningen drijvend in het water herhalen; - militairen springen vanaf kant water in, waarna ze de beenslag oefenen terwijl ze de railing vasthouden; - soldaten springen op aanwijzingen instructeur in zittende houding springplank af.

SHOTS: - group of marching soldiers on the streets with towels under their arms; - arrival of the soldiers at the swimming pool; - soldiers in bathing suit practice arm and leg stroke on the pool side, following instructions from the swimming instructor; - soldiers with floating equipment enter the pool via the stairs and repeat the exercises whilst floating in the water; - Soldiers jump from the pool side into the water and practice their leg stroke whilst holding the railing; - following instructions from the instructor, soldiers jump from the diving board in sitting position.
