English: Live cell imaging of M2 and M42. A549 cells were transfected with plasmids encoding M42-mCh and M2-GFP, and imaged 16 h p.i. Cells were imaged at 37°C in CO2-independent medium on a Leica SPE confocal microscope. The video shows a merged image of red and green channels. |
