Description
English: Recording of early C . elegans embryos to evaluate MEL-28 AT-hook domain. Heterozygous (top) and homozygous (bottom) mel-28 embryos expressing GFP::MEL-281-1629 observed by confocal microscopy. Corresponds to Fig 6A. Playback speed is 60x. Frames were taken every 3 seconds for 32 minutes.
