Description
English: Inactivation of the mTORC1 pathway reduces hypoxia-induced keratinocyte motility and migration. Hypoxic cells were transfected with negative control (shNC) or shRNA against Raptor (shRaptor) or were incubated with or without Rapamycin. Time-lapse imaging was then performed for 3 hours. Scalebar = 50 μm. N, normoxia; H, hypoxia.
