Description
English: Successful mitosis of a J774.1 macrophage after engulfment of F. oxysporum. Shown is a live video of a macrophage which successfully undergoes mitosis. The central macrophage containing phagocytosed F. oxysporum germlings initiates and successfully completes mitosis, shown by the appearance of two separated daughter cells.
