Description
English: Phase contrast movie of blebbistatin-treated (15 µM) neutrophils transmigrating through a TNF-α-activated HUVEC monolayer. Several neutrophils here leave behind a phase-white “tail” after the main portion of the neutrophil has transmigrated. Scale bar is 20 µm. Time in upper left corner is in minutes∶seconds format, where time = 0 corresponds to the time within one minute of plating neutrophils onto the endothelium.
