Summary

[edit]
Description
English: MicrobeNet is a free online database of rare and unusual pathogens that is curated by CDC experts. Laboratory scientists anywhere in the world can run diagnostic tests and match their results against CDC's unique collection of pathogens in MicrobeNet. In this video, CDC’s microbiologist Jarrett Gartin demonstrates how to use MicrobeNet’s database of MALDI-TOF spectra to retroactively identify pathogens in any laboratory that works with MALDI-TOF instruments.
