Libro digitalizado de la New York Public Library por Google Books el 11/01/2006 y convertido a DjVu por Internet Archive.

Posteriormente se han realizado las siguientes correcciones a partir de la versión de Google Books (sorprendentemente, en el momento de la corrección ya no contenía los errores):

  • Cambiada la p.9 del DjVu (antes era una repetición de la p.7 del DjVu, ahora es la portada de la obra)
  • Cambiada la p.229 del DjVu o p.191 de la obra.
  • Añadida la p.294 de la obra (actual p.332 del DjVu).
  • Sustituida la p.295 de la obra (actual p.333 del DjVu), porque aunque sí estaba presente, el software de Mediawiki por algún motivo no la detectaba; curiosamente contiene una errata (dice "256" en lugar de "295").
Las páginas del PDF de GB se convirtieron a DjVu vía http://djvu.org/any2djvu/, y cambiadas/añadidas al DjVu vía djvm.exe.
