Description
English: TIRF microscopy of dynamic adhesions of CHO.K1 cells transfected with GFP-paxillin, cultured under high glucose conditions. The increase in adhesion size and on fluorescence intensity were considered signs of maturation. Compared to control conditions (Movie S3), the number of mature adhesions in high glucose-treated cells is smaller. This movie corresponds to Figure 4A. Total time = 20 minutes.
