English: Hero-City Obelisk, architect V. S. Lukyanov. «Hero-City Obelisk» — is located in Vosstaniya Square in Saint Petersburg — Leningrad. Installed in May 1985 and the fortieth anniversary of the Victory Day (May 9) in Great Patriotic War.
