English: Vladimir Lukyanov (b. 1945) — Soviet, Russia's architect and artist, author of the Obelisk "Hero-city of Leningrad" (Sankt-Peterburg) and other monumental objects. Architect Vladimir Lukyanov early in his career to engage in architectural design of large ocean-going vessels. He designed buildings and facilities for Siberia and the Far North. The author creates paintings and graphic works of classical subjects and themes of world classics.
His father: Sergey Sergeyevich Lukyanov (1910-1989) was a combat engineer, research associate at the State Institute of applied chemistry.

Русский: Владимир Сергеевич Лукьянов (род. 1945) — Советский, российский архитектор и художник, автор Обелиска «Городу-герою Ленинграду» на Площади Восстания в Санкт-Петербурге и других монументальных объектов. Архитектор В.С.Лукьянов занимался художественным проектированием крупных океанских судов. Проектировал для Сибири и Крайнего Севера. Автор живописных и графических произведений на античные сюжеты и темы мировой классики. Его отец Сергей Сергеевич Лукьянов (1910-1989) военный инженер, научный сотрудник Гос. института прикладной химии (ГИПХ).
