English: Live fluorescence time-lapse of Hp replication on MDCK junctions. Time-lapse fluorescence microscopy of GFP-Hp (green) replicating over the epithelial junctions of MDCK cells expressing RFP-E-cadherin (red). Cells were infected on the microscope stage with GFP-expressing Hp. Images were collected every 20 minutes, over a period of 6.9 hours. The movie is compressed into 3.6 seconds (6900×). |
