Description
English: z-stack taken on cells expressing EGFP-tetramer molecules imaged with a single plane illumination microscope (SPIM) and in transmission illumination mode. The cells were adherent to a small peace of coverslip which was moved through the SPIM image plane. Excitation wavelength: 491nm or a white LED, detection filter 488nm longpass, detection objective: 60x, NA1, pixel size: 0.4x0.4µm², EMCCD camera, lightsheet 1/e²-diameter ~2.4µm The images were acquired by Jan Krieger (Jkrieger (talk) 16:50, 14 September 2012 (UTC)) in the group Biophysics of Macromolecules (Langowski lab) at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in heidelberg.
