Português: Trata-se de habeas corpus preventivo com pedido de liminar impetrado por Mayra Isabel Correia Pinheiro, em nome próprio, no qual alega o temor de sofrer constrangimento ilegal no âmbito da Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito sobre a Pandemia da Covid-19, presidida pelo Senador Omar Aziz, perante a qual foi convocada para prestar depoimento no próximo dia 20 de maio. Decisão do Ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal Ricardo Lewandowski.
