Description
English: Time-lapse microscopy of MT4 cell infection by cell-free HIV. Cells were imaged for YFP and mCherry, fluorescence using time-lapse microscopy. Time is hours:minutes post-infection, bar is 20μM. Infected YFP+, mCherry+ cells appear as yellow. ATV was added after wash and before the start of the movie to bracket infection to a 2-hour time window.
