Summary

[edit]
Description

  • Quadratisch mit einer Höhe von 80 cm;

  • carrées d'une hauteur de 80 cm;
  • octogonales d'une hauteur de 125 cm.
English: He is no longer in his original place. Built in 1837 by the Kingdom of Prussia.

The two original stones 183 have disappeard between 2015 and 2017. The original stones where located on the two sides at the corner of the streets Stockem and Roereken at the border of the former "Kreis Eupen" (now municipality Eupen) and the municipality Baelen. With the treaty of Versailles, the borderline lost her raison d'être. The stones from number 158 to 193 have two different formats:

  • quadratic with a height of 2.8 ft;
  • octagonal with a height of 4.1 ft.
