Svenska: BRUN BJÖRNSPINNARE, detalj med bakkroppens "ögon" i förstoring. Funktion oklar. Fjärilar som har ögonlika fläckar på vingarna skrämmer inte bara bort småfåglar utan även större fåglar, men björnspinnaren är ett nattdjur och dess huvudsakliga predatorer är fladdermöss och de är blinda.
English: The GREAT TIGER MOTH, detail with hind body "eyes" enlarged. Function unclear. Butterflies that have eye-like spots on their wings scare away not only small birds but also larger birds, but the bear spinner is a nocturnal animal and its main predators are bats and they are blind.
