Português: Gravura das muralhas e do castelo da cidade de Lagos, na região do Algarve, em Portugal. Foi provavelmente elaborada em meados da década de 1550, como parte de um programa de inspecção às defesas da região do Algarve, sendo normalmente atribuída a Miguel de Arruda, arquitecto-mor do reino. Esta é a versão original da imagem, existe uma outra versão com uma tira de papel substituindo o esquema na parte inferior da gravura. Esta imagem foi disponibilizada pelo Arquivo Nacional da Suécia (Riksarkivet).
English: Engraving of the walls and castle of the city of Lagos, in the Algarve region, in Portugal. It was probably created in the mid-1550s, as part of an inspection of the Algarve defenses, and is usually attributed to Miguel de Arruda, the kingdom's chief architect. It was probably made in the mid-1550s. This is the original version of the image, there is another version with a strip of paper replacing the schematic at the bottom of the engraving. This image was made available by the National Archives of Sweden (Riksarkivet).
