Description
Português: Os números da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios (PNAD), feita pelo IBGE em dezembro do ano passado, revelaram que mesmo sendo maioria na sociedade brasileira, pessoas de cor negra e parda são vítimas de preconceito. Elas precisam driblar o racismo no dia a dia e no mercado de trabalho.

Um passo importante nessa matéria veio recentemente com decisão do Plenário do Supremo Tribunal Federal. A Corte validou a lei federal que obriga os órgãos públicos a reservar 20% das vagas em concursos públicos federais para negros. Por unanimidade, o tribunal avaliou que as ações de inclusão são necessárias para corrigir distorções culturais históricas existentes no Brasil.
