Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Montana Governor Steve Bullock describes how a phone call from his sixteen-year old daughter helped him create and sign an executive order on January 22, declaring that “Montanans expect that their Internet service providers will be ‘neutral’ and abide by principles commonly referred to as ‘internet neutrality’." Montana created a template which has been used by subsequent states to follow suit.
