Italiano: Slovely.eu è andato a visitare la Gostilna Termika, all'interno del camping Park Lijak a Ozeljan, a pochi minuti da Nova Gorica e dal confine italiano.
Questo ristorante, da sempre un luogo cult per gli amanti della carne alla griglia, si è saputo reinventare proponendo anche menu da 3, 4 o 5 portate e piatti di alto livello con materie prime di altissima qualità, come i gamberi di fiume freschi o le bistecche Tomahawk dalla Prussia. In questo breve filmato siamo andati a consocere il proprietario, Aleksander Mladovan, con la moglie Martina e il giovanissimo (e bravissimo!) chef Erik Batagelj. E ovviamente non mancano i loro buonissimi piatti! |
