Summary

[edit]
Description
English: "a, Anomalies referenced to the 1961–1990 average with HadSST4 (ref. 13) being consistently warmer than land-air temperatures from 1850 to 1900. b, Anomalies referenced to the IPCC 1850–1900 pre-industrial period with anomalous cooling of SSTs relative to the land from the early 1900s. Global warming (GMST) is the weighted mean of land-air (∼32%) and sea surface (∼68%) temperatures. Uncertainties represent the 95% confidence interval."
