English: The spindle and microtubules move rapidly resulting in the dissolution of the spindle in a living γtub37CP162L mutant oocyte. OliGreen (yellow) labels the DNA and rhodamine-conjugated tubulin (blue) labels the spindle. Videos are projections from Z stack.
