English: Single synchronized ASLV-A fusion with a CV-1/TVA950 cell. Single pseudovirus fusion (see also Fig. 5C) leads to the loss of iCherry signal (red) and increase in the YFP signal (green). The “trailing” effect manifested in transient separation of the co-localized green and red channels during quick displacement of a particle is caused by sequential acquisition of the two channels. Scale bar is 8 µm. |
