Description
English:  The Furuya Company, founded in 1892 by Masajiro Furuya, provided services in real estate, construction, mailing, printing, and banking, as well as selling Japanese food and gifts. It was very successful for a number of years, becoming the major source of funding for local Japanese American businesses, but went bankrupt in October 1932.
