English: Macrophage fusion after C. neoformans phagocytosis and cell division. RAW264.7 macrophage cell lines were exposed to C. neoformans H99 strain at a ratio 1∶2. Videos were performed as described in Materials and Methods. Pictures were taken every 5 minutes, and 5 frames per second are shown in the video (1 second of the video is equivalent to 25 minutes of real time). A field of 100 µm width is shown. |
