English: Footpath along the shore The footpath that goes round Bazil Point follows the shoreline for much of its way and at high tide can be very wet! In this photograph at 2:12 pm the tide is receding fast across the flat salt marsh and mudbanks of the Lune estuary. The cottages nearest the camera are on the boundary with SD4356. The white house in the distance is Ferry Cottage. |
