Description
English: Confocal video of a blebbing HEK-293 cells, stably overexpressing GFP-AQP9. The video is pseudo-colored in fire scale and intensity adjusted linearly to clearly visualize AQP9 accumulation before bleb induction. The white arrows indicate examples of AQP9 accumulation followed by bleb formation. Time between frames is 10 s.
