Description
English: cdc11-119 atb2GFP cut11GFP cells were grown at 25°C and then shifted to 36.5°C for 3 h in the presence of 50 µg/ml MBC. Cells were then filmed at 36°C in EMM +50 µg/ml MBC. Frames were taken every 30 s for 40 min using a deltavision microscope under the control of Softworx software.
