Notes
  • STORED ON SITE. mchr
  • Significance: The First Methodist Episcopal Church (First United Methodist Church), built in 1903, is significant as an excellent example of the Richardsonian Romanesque style of architecture and one of the few examples in Oklahoma City. The church is located in downtown Oklahoma City and is one of several turn-of-the-century and early twentieth religious properties located along Broadway Avenue. This avenue was once known as "church row."
