Description
English: Representative movie from confocal microscopy showing a granuloma six days after co-culture of human PBMC and PMN with GFP-tagged C. albicans at a MOI of 2000∶1. Actin filaments were stained with rhodamine-conjugated phalloidin and nuclear DNA was stained with Hoechst. 3D Images were processed with Volocity 3D Image Analysis Software version 6.01 (PerkinElmer). Image size 2112 µm.
