English: Cells were suspended, washed, and HT1080 WT and FLNaKD mixed before seeding onto 5 µg/ml FN-coated plates, 10 minutes after plating unattached cells were washed away and imaging was initiated 1 hour after plating at 1 frame/5 minutes for 5 hours. At the end of the time-lapse recording, cells were fixed and stained for FLNa expression. FLNaKD cells were outlined in the last frame and in the immunofluorescence image. Bar = 20 µm. |
