Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy G.3820.1 bound in ca. 19th-century navy blue morocco-grained leather. The title and date are stamped in gilt on the spine. The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown. The autograph of Charles Cotton (here conjectured to be Charles Cotton of Staffordshire, 1630-1687) appears at both the head of the title page and on the recto of the final leaf. The perforation stamp of the library is present on the title page. Early corrections and stage directions are present throughout. The final leaf (blank) is wanting
