Description
English: Fermenting Tanks. The fourth stage of the brewing process at the Sarah Hughes Brewery is to run the cool wort from the 414265 into the fermenting tanks. Yeast is added and the 6 day fermentation begins. At the end of the fermentation the yeast is skimmed from the surface and kept for the next brew. The young beer is run into the 414298.
