Português: Apresentado pelo físico Fernando da Paixão, o Faísca NeuroMat é uma iniciativa do Centro de Pesquisa, Inovação e Difusão em Neuromatemática (CEPID NeuroMat), e tem como objetivo apresentar ao público conceitos científicos, relacionando-os com questões que estão em destaque nos noticiários.
O sétimo Faísca NeuroMat traz o físico Oswaldo Baffa Filho, da USP-Ribeirão Preto, que discutirá como a sua pesquisa ajuda a entender o cérebro. Começando pelas evidências sugeridas pelas lesões, ele falará sobre como estudar as áreas do cérebro a partir de estímulos não invasivos, em especial a estimulação magnética transcraniana (TMS) com a ajuda de robôs. |
