  • Significance: Built by pioneer settlers in the small community of Grassy Butte. Logs hauled by John Hoffman and others, laid by John Marucheck, plastered by Carl Jagol, who learned his trade in Russia. First postmasters were Don McKenzie and his wife until 1947, and then their daughter until 1963.
