Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Supplementary Movie 5 Exploding bacteria express pyocin genes. An interstitial biofilm of P. aeruginosa PAO1 containing the Phol-eGFP promoter reporter pM0614-G was imaged using phase contrast (left panel) and fluorescence (right panel) microscopy (Nikon Ti). The cell that rounds up and explodes expresses GFP.
