Description
English: Repetition of the previous experiment, with non-labeled D. caveatum. The same dynamics are observed, the phagocytosis process is not influenced (nor provoked) by the red staining. Note that the first D. discoideum cell attacked is not completely ingested, a small remaining piece of cell crawls. This mode of partial phagocytosis was coined nibbling by D. Waddell.
