Intravital microscopy of a CBA/CaJ mouse infected with PyXL-RFP iRBC shows eFluor 450-labeled platelets (blue) circulating at blood velocity. There is no evidence for P-selectin labeling, although the mouse was inoculated with a PE-conjugated specific antibody (green). The lumen of the cortical PVC is visualized with Evans blue (red).
