Description
English: ECM is associated with platelet arrest and P-selectin expression. CBA/CaJ mouse infected with PbA and inoculated with eFluor 450-conjugated anti-CD41 at the time of ECM. The intravital microscopy movie shows small clusters of marginalized platelets (blue) whose surface is positive for PE-conjugated anti-CD62p (green). The lumen of the cortical postcapillary venules is visualized with Evans blue (red). Scale bar = 20 µm.
