Description
English: Cav1-positive tubules target peripheral focal adhesions. Hela cells expressing Cav1-mRFP and α5-integrin-GFP are put in suspension for 1 h replated on fibronectin-coated substrates for 3 h, and visualized using time-lapse confocal spinning disk microscopy. Images are taken each 5 s.
