Português: A historiadora Maura Leal, professora da Universidade Federal do Amapá, analisa sua longa atuação como pesquisadora voltada, principalmente, para a história política do Amapá. Maura avalia a trajetória dessa região brasileira que foi um território federal e, depois, foi transformada em um estado. De acordo com a pesquisadora, embora seja fundamental estudar a fundo a ditadura militar no Amapá, para se compreender as práticas políticas autoritárias é preciso ir além dos marcos cronológicos habitualmente utilizados em âmbito nacional. Além disso, entre outros temas, Maura relata a importância de sua experiência na Comissão Estadual da Verdade e, também, as conexões que estabeleceu entre esse trabalho e a prática de ensino em História.
